摘　　要：根据信息化建设实际需求和水利信息化标准现状,编制《水利信息化标准指南》,指出标准制定应从水利信息化基础标准、信息传输与交换标准、业务应用系统规范、信息发布服务系统规范、水利信息化管理标准等方面展开,同时在研制过程中要注重研究标准之间的关系,使标准编制后容易执行,并提出今后在水利信息化标准研制及实施工作中采取的措施。According to the actual demand of the information construction and the present situation of water resources informatization standard, the Guide for Water Resources Informatization Standard is compiled. This paper suggests that the standard development should be made in the respects of the basic standards of water resources informatization, the standards of information transmission and exchange, operational application system, information publishing service system, water resources informatization management etc. At the same time, the relationship between the standards should be studied to increase their operability. Finally, this paper suggests some measures in development and implementation of the water resources informatization.
