摘 要:采用极短脉冲传播信息对脉冲超宽带系统的同步性能要求极高,特别是采用RAKE接收机时,一个微小的定时抖动可能会引起系统性能严重下降。为了降低系统对同步性能的要求并提高系统的稳定性,提出了一种基于模板修正的抑制超宽带系统定时抖动的方法(Suppression Timing-jitter based on Modified Template,STMT),给出了具体的模板修正工作流程及系统实现方案框图。该方法无需重新设计发射信号波形,降低了系统设计的难度,保证了系统的传输速率。同时对接收端的改动较少,无需进行大量的迭代运算和复杂的信号处理。在提高系统定时抖动抑制作用的同时,该方案并未引入过多的系统复杂度,更利于系统实现。理论证明了该方法是最优接收机理论的扩展,利用仿真验证并分析了该方法在抑制系统时延抖动方面的正确性与有效性。Extreme short duration of pulse claims stringent requirements of synchronization in UWB system. Especially in RAKE scheme, a small timing jitter of system can cause performance degradation severely due to the decreased energy acquired by local template. In order to reduce the requirements of synchronization and improve the stability of the system, a method of suppressing timing jitter based on modified local template (STMT) is presented, by providing the working procedures and block diagram of system implementation. The proposed method does not need to redesign the transmitted pulse or to increase considerable complexity for UWB system, and it ensures the transmission rate of system. While it makes less modification to receiver and needs less iterated operation and complicated signal processing. The proposed scheme introduces less complexity to implement the system in the event of enhancing the suppressing effect of time jitter. The results of mathematical analysis show that the proposed method is an extension of optimal receiver theory. The correctness and effectiveness of the scheme are validated by some theoretical simulations which can show the ability of reducing damage to system performance due to timing jitter.
