摘　　要：随着独立学院毕业生人数的迅速增长,随之而来的就业问题愈加受到社会的关注。总体来看,独立学院毕业生具有就业率高、就业行业分布广泛和就业满意度一般等特点。同时,由于受到社会经济环境、社会认可度、人才培养模式和就业观念等因素的影响,就业形势严峻,必须引起政府、学校以及毕业生等各方的关注和重视。进而提出应在政策上给予支持、在人才培养上突出创新、在就业服务上不断完善以及在就业观念上加强引导等对策。With the rapid increase in the number of independent college graduates, their employment situations have attracted increased attentions. Overall, independent college graduates have high employment rate with widely distributed job ranges and normal employment satisfaction. At the same time, because of the social economic environment, social acceptance, education mode, employment concept and other factors, they are facing a severe employment situation which must be concerned of and paid attention to by government, college, graduates and other parties. It requires support on policy, innovation in personal training, con- stant improvement in employment service, and improved guidance on employment concept.
