摘　　要：目的:建立八味痔疮片中大黄素的质量控制方法。方法:色谱柱为kromasilC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇为流动相A,0.05%磷酸溶液为流动相B,比例为85∶15,流速为1ml·min-1,柱温为25℃,检测波长为288nm。进样量101。结果:大黄素的量在0.2～1.0μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。线性关系良好(r2=1.0000);平均回收率98.25%。结论:本方法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于八味痔疮片中大黄素的含量测定。Objectives：To establish an quality control method for emodin in BaWei ZhiChuang Tablet. Methods：The column was kromasil C18 （250mm×4.6mm,5μm）with mobile phase composed of methanol and phosphate buffer solution. The flow rate was 1 ml/min,The column temperate was 25C. The detection wavelength was 288 nm. Results：Emodin showed excellent regression（r 2 =1.0000）at 0.2～1.0 g. Average recovery rate is 98.25 %. Conclusions：The method is simple,accurate,sensible and reproducible,which can be used to control the quality of emodin in BaWei ZhiChuang Tablet.
