摘　　要：目的:通过对手术前后CRP(C型反应性蛋白)的变化规律及使用三七制剂对CRP的影响,探讨三七制剂对炎症反应的控制作用。方法:采用随机双盲法分别予以三七制剂及安慰剂治疗,并测定手术前后的CRP变化规律。对于CRP的测值,使用配对的T检验进行分析。结果:术前已有炎症的病人CRP测值明显高于无炎症病人。且术后均有明显的增加,随着术后时间的延长,炎症逐渐得到控制,CRP逐渐恢复。使用三七类制剂组的CRP下降速度明显快于使用安慰剂组。如果炎症得不到控制,CRP将持续维持在较高的水平,直至炎症得到有效控制。结论:使用三七类制剂可以起到辅助控制术后炎症反应,减轻机体损伤,促进机体恢复的作用,而检测CRP水平的变化可为手术后炎症控制情况提供参考。Objective：Control action by the variation of the preoperative and postoperative CRP and explore pseudo-ginseng preparations on inflammatory response pseudo -ginseng preparations of CRP. Methods：The randomized,double -blind method be separately pseudo -ginseng preparation and placebo and determination of the the CRP variation of preoperative and postoperative results of CRP,using paired T test.Results：Before surgery the patient＇s CRP inflammation inflammation patients was significantly higher than CRP results after surgery were significantly increased, with the extension of time after the gradual control of inflammation,CRP gradually restored,use pseudo-ginseng classespreparation of CRP decreased significantly faster than the placebo group,but if the inflammation is not controlled,CRP will continue to maintain at a high level until the inflammation to control. Conclusion：Use pseudo-ginseng preparations can play auxiliary control postoperative inflammation,reduce body injury,and promote the role of body recovery,and to detect changes in CRP levels can provide a reference for post-operative inflammation. key wrods：CRP Pseudo-ginseng Postoperative inflammation
