甘露聚糖肽联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗中老年带状疱疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察甘露聚糖肽联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗中老年带状疱疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将入选的99例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组51例,对照组48例,疗程10天。两组均给予单磷酸阿糖腺,维生素B1及B12,尼美舒利治疗,其中,治疗组加用甘露聚糖肽注射液静脉滴注。结果:患者各项症状、体征消退时间方面,治疗组较对照组均明显缩短(P<0.01),带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)发生率明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组及对照组总有效率分别为96.08%和79.17%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),未在两组中发现严重副反应。结论:甘露聚糖肽与单磷酸阿糖腺苷的联合应用对于中老年带状疱疹疗效显著,安全性高。Objective：To study the efficacy and safety of Mannan peptide Combined with Adenine arabinoside monophosphate in the treatment of herpes zoster in mid -aged patients. Methods：99 mid-aged patients with herpes zoster were divided into 2 groups, treatment group （51 cases）and control group （48 cases）.The course of treatment was 10 days for both groups. Two groups were both treated with adenine arabinoside monophosphate,vitamin B 1 ,vitamin B 12 ,nimesulide. Besides,mannan peptide was used in treatment group. Results：The average curative time in treatment group was shorter than that in control group significantly （P0.01）. The incidence of postherpapetic neuralgia（PHN）was lesser in treatment group the significantly（P0.05）. The total effective rate was 96.08% for treatment group,and 79.17% for control group. There was a significant difference between two groups. No serious side effects were founded. Conclusion：There are significant effect and high security to treat herpes zoster in mid -aged patients with Mannan peptide and Adenine arabinoside monophosphate.
