摘  要:基于 Rayleigh散射近似和水的双 Debye复介电常数模型计算的云雾衰减系数 ,得到了一种新的估算云雾毫米波衰减系数的经验公式 ,计算结果表明在 1 0~1 0 0 0 GHz频率范围和 - 8℃~ 2 0℃温度范围内 ,这一经验公式和直接计算结果间的最大误差小于 9% ,与其他经验模式比较表明 ,本文所给经验模式在温度和频率适用范围上都有了较大改进 ,最后简述了雾衰减与能见度的关系。Based on the specific attenuation coefficient due to clouds and fog calculated by Rayleigh absorption approximation of Mie scattering theory and double Debye model for the dielectric permittivity of water, an new empirical expression for estimating attenuation due to clouds and fog is developed. The comparisons show that the maximum relative error of this expression are less than 9% at 10~1000GHz and 17% at lower frequency range 5~10GHz and temperature range -8℃~20℃. Comparisons of this expression with other empirical expressions show that the one can be used more accurately at wider frequency and temperature range. The relationship between attenuation due to fog and visibility is discussed finally.
