摘　　要：随着知识经济的到来,大学在实现科技创新、促进区域经济发展、提升国家竞争力等方面的作用日益凸显。一些研究型大学开始尝试调整其传统功能向创业型大学转变。分析了创业型大学兴起的背景与原因,探讨了我国创建创业型大学的途径。With the upcoming knowledge-based economy, universities are playing an increasingly important role in innovation, promotion of regional economic development and the enhancement of national core competition. Some research universities are attempting to transform their traditional functions into the entrepreneurial universi- ties. This paper studies the background and origin of entrepreneurial universities as well as the exploration of the significance and approaches.
