耳廓部高位穿耳洞并发症的治疗处理

摘　　要：目的：探讨治疗及预防耳廓部高位穿耳洞并发症的有效方法.方法：对近四年来的16例耳廓部高位穿耳洞并发症疤痕者进行手术切除,同时注射曲安奈德,并对其进行分析总结.结果：16例耳廓部高位穿耳洞并发症者中的16例耳廓疤痕,1例经手术切除后痊愈,1例复发倾向与疤痕体质有关.结论：耳廓的特殊结构在耳廓进行穿耳打洞操作时,要了解自己的体质情况,严格消毒,避免损伤耳廓软骨,耳垂是比较安全的耳廓打孔区.[Summary]Objective： To explore an effective method for the treatment and prevention of the pinna, high ear piercing complications. Methods： 16 cases of the last four years the auricles high ear piercing complications scar surgical resection, while injection of triamcinolone acetonide, and summarized. Results： 16 cases of 16 cases auricles high ear piercing complications auricle scars, one cases healed after surgical resection, patients with recurrent tendency physical scars. Conclusion.. The special structure of the pinna auricle body piercing holes, to understand their own physical condition, strict disinfection, avoid damage the ear cartilage, ear lobe is relatively safe area of the pinna punch.
