摘　　要：为了确诊山西某鸡场疑似鸡包涵体肝炎的的病例,本研究进行了鸡包涵体肝炎病毒的分离鉴定。将病死鸡肝脏研磨,经卵黄囊途径接种6日龄SPF鸡胚,成功获得1株病毒;并经过鸡胚病变特征、RT-PCR、基因测序、BLAST分析及动物回归试验等,成功分离出1株鸡包涵体肝炎病毒。进一步证明该病例是鸡包涵体肝炎病毒感染所致。The purpose of this study was to evaluate a suspected chicken inclusion body hepatitis virus. A case of suspected chicken inclusion body hepatitis occurred on a chicken farm in Shanxi province. A live suspension culture of deadly suspected chickens was made and inoculated into the yolk cavity of a 6-day old SPF embryo. The virus was then isolated. After further analysis of the infected lesion using RT-PCR, gene sequencing, BLAST search and animal regression testing, it was determined that the suspected culprit was the inclusion body hepatitis virus.
