摘  要:废碱液是石油化工行业排放的含高浓度CODCr、硫化物和少量挥发酚的高毒碱性废水。通过添加FeSO4和NaOH对炼油废碱液进行空气氧化,可使大部分硫化物转化为硫代硫酸盐、亚硫酸盐和硫酸盐,并使CODCr和挥发酚浓度有一定程度的降低。试验结果表明:在反应温度为60℃时,FeSO4和NaOH的投加量均为30%(实际投药量占理论投药量的比例),反应32h,污染物的去除效果最好。此时,硫化物、CODCr和挥发酚的去除率分别为95.15%、17.05%和15.57%;废碱液由混浊变得清澈透明,颜色由棕褐色变成淡黄色,臭味完全消失。Waste alkali liquor discharged from petrochemical industry is a kind of high toxic alkaline wastewater containing high concentration of CODCr sulfide and little volatile phenol. Using air oxidation process to treat the said kind of liquor with FeSO4 and NaOH as flocculant and catalyst, almost all the S2- were oxidized into S2O3^2-, SO3^2-, and SO4^2-, and the concentration of CODCr and volatile phenol were also reduced to a certain extend. The results of the test showed that: when the reaction temperature was 60 ℃, the dosage rate (ratio of actual dosage to theoretic dosage) of FeSO4 and NaOH were both 30%, the reaction time was 32 h, the removal effect of pollutants reached the best, and the removal rates of sulfide, CODcr and volatile phenol were 95.15%, 17.05% and 15.57% respectively; meanwhile, the turbid waste alkali liquor became clear and transparent with color changed form brown to faint yellow, the odor was erased wholly.
