摘 要:采用铁炭微电解-Fenton氧化-生物接触氧化组合工艺处理石化废水.考察了不同因素对各单元废水处理效果的影响。结果表明:当铁炭质量比为1.5:1,pH值为4.0,HRT为120min时,铁炭微电解单元出水CODCr的质量浓度为420mg/L,单级CODCr去除率为67.57%,出水m(BOD5)/m(CODCr)值由0.02~0.03升高至0.30;当H2O2投加量为3.0mL/L,pH值为3.5,反应时间为60min时,Fenton氧化单元出水CODCr的质量浓度为130mg/L,单级CODCr的去除率为72.17%,出水m(BOD5)/m(CODCr)值由0.30进一步升高至0.58。经过预处理的出水再进行生物接触氧化处理,出水CODCr的质量浓度小于20mg/L。该组合工艺对CODCr的总去除率高达98.76%,表明物化预处理一生化法组合工艺对此类可生化性较差且组成复杂的石化废水具有比较理想的处理效果.Using a combined process of ferric-carbon microelectrolysis-Fenton oxidation-biological contact oxidation to treat petrochemical wastewater, the effects of different factors on the efficiency of each treatment unit were investigated. The results showed that: for the ferric-carbon microelectrolysis pretreatment unit, when the ratio of m(Fe) to m(C) was 1.5 : 1, the pH value was 4.0, the HRT was 120 min, the mass concentration of CODcr in its effluent water was 420 mg/L with the removal rate of 67.57%, the value of m(BOD5)/m(CODcr) was increased from 0.02 - 0.03 to 0.30; for the Fenton oxidation unit, when the H2O2 dosage was 3.0 mL/L, the pH value was 3.5, the reaction time was 60 min, the mass concentration of CODcr in its effluent water was 130 mg/L with the removal rate of 72.17%, and the value of m(BODs)/m(CODcr) was further increased from 0.30 to 0.58. The effluent water from the pretreatment unit was further treated by biological contact oxidation, and then, the mass concentration of CODcr was reduced to lower than 20 mg/L. the total removal rate of CODcr by the said combined process reached 98.76%, which indicated that, physical-chemical pretreatment combined with biological process was effective when treating wastewater with complex composition and poor biodegradability and the treatment effect was satisfied.
