摘 要:能源环境危机日益加剧,工业污染急剧恶化,开发利用新的可再生能源是目前各研究领域的重点和热点.电厂循环水中含有丰富的低位热能,利用热泵技术将其提升为高位供热能源.重点介绍了直接式污水源热泵系统的技术方案,指出内、外切换系统可分别通过四通换向阀、管路上设置阀门等措施实现冬夏季节的切换.通过计算一次能源利用率、全年节煤量、污物排放消减量等分析了该系统的节能性与环保性.最后指出了该系统在电厂大规模应用过程中应注意的几个关键技术问题及解决措施.With the occurrence of increasingly serious environmental crisis, energy is becoming less and less, and industrial pollution also makes our living environment worse. The development of new and renewable energy is the key and hot field. There is a large number of low heat energy in the recycle water ot electric power plants, which can be used as high heat energy using the heat pump technique. This paper focuses on the technology scheme of the direct sewage source heat pump system, and points out that the inner and outer switching system can achieve the mode switching of the summer and winter seasons respectively by the four-way reversing valve, the setting valves on pipeline, and other measures. By calculating the primary energy utilization rate, the annual coal saving amount, and pollutant emissions abatement amount energy-saving and environment protection of the system are analyzed. Finally, this paper lists the existing key operating problems of the system in large-scale application of power plants and the problem solving methods.
