摘　　要：雷公藤具有抗炎、抗免疫、抗肿瘤等多种药理活性,现在临床上广泛用于治疗类风湿性关节炎、红斑狼疮和慢性肾炎等自身免疫性疾病。其化学成分复杂,主要包括生物碱、二萜、三萜、神经酰胺等结构类型。本文就近年来雷公藤属植物雷公藤的化学成分和药理作用研究进展作一综述。Triptreygium wilfordii Hook. f. has anti-inflammatory, anti-immunity, anti-tumor and many other pharmacological activities, and now in clinic it has been widely used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, chronic nephritis and other autoimmune diseases. The chemical constituents of T. wilfordii are complicated, mainly including alkaloids, diterpenoids, triterpenes, ceramides. This paper focuses on the research advances of chemical constituents and pharmacological activities about the T. wilfordii in recent years.
