摘  要:用M-2000型摩擦磨损试验机对Al-0.90%Mn、Al-2.15%Mn和Al-2.86%Mn合金试样的腐蚀摩擦磨损性能进行了研究,并用LED-1430VP型扫描电子显微镜观察试样的磨痕形貌。结果表明:在高矿化度水条件下,载荷的增加使铝锰合金试样的磨损加重;相同材料试样在高速条件下磨损更加严重;随着锰含量的增加,试样的耐磨性能更好。The corrosion, friction and wear performance of Al-0.90%Mn, Al-2.15%Mn and Al-2.86%Mn alloy were measured with the M-2000 type tester, and the wear surface morphology was observed by LED 1430 VP type scanning electron microscopy. The results show that under high salinity water, the attrition of Al-Mn alloy is more serious with the increase of the load; under the high-speed condition, the material attrition is more serious than that under the low-speed condition. With the manganese content increasing, the wear resistance of the sample become better.
