摘  要:以AZ102(Mg-10Al-2Zn-0.3Mn)镁合金为基础,制备了含Ni的AZ102镁合金。研究了微量Ni元素的添加对AZ102镁合金组织性能的影响。结果表明:Ni元素的加入,在AZ102中形成了Al3Ni新相,细化了AZ102合金的铸态组织,改变了第二相Mg17Al12的形貌,材料的硬度、强度。合金力学性能随Ni加入量的增加而降低,当加入量为0.2%时合金的力学性能达到最佳。The effect of minor addition of Ni on microstructure and tensile property of AZ102 (Mg-10Al-2Zn- 0.3Mn) based alloys has been investigated. The result shows that minor Ni addition to AZ 102 alloy had formed the new phase of A13Ni. Small amount of Ni addition to AZ102 alloy resulted in an obvious increasing of tensile strength. Microstructure observations reveal that the addition of Ni refined the as-cast microstructure of AZ 102 alloy and changed the morphology of Mg17Al12 phase. The mechanical properties of alloys reduced with the increasing of Ni content. When Ni addition was 0.2% in alloy, the excellent mechanical properties were obtained.
