低合金钢液金属型加压充型能力的试验研究

摘  要:钢铁材料在金属型内的充型能力直接决定了铸件的成形质量。通过对低合金钢液在金属型中的加压充型能力的正交试验研究发现,充型压力越大,充型速度越小,低合金钢液的充型能力越好;加压延迟时间越短,即浇注温度相对越高,液态合金熔体充型能力越好。充型速度是影响低合金钢液加压充型能力的显著影响因素,充型压力次之,充型压力和充型速度两者的交互作用与加压动作延迟时间的影响作用相差不多。Quality of castings of low-alloy steel is directly determined by filling capacity in metal mold. By experimental study on pressurized filling capacity of low-alloy steel in metal mold, it was found that the greater of filling pressure, the smaller of filling speed, the better of the filling ability; the shorter of pressure delay time, which meant the higher of pouring temperature, the better of the filling ability. Filling speed was the significant factors that affected the filling ability, and filling pressure was second, effect of interaction of filling pressure and filling speed was the same as that of pressure delay time approximately.
