昌艳艳从因论治原发性高血压病的临床经验

摘　　要：高血压病是以血压升高为主要表现的心血管综合征,严重可危及生命造成意外。昌艳艳教授认为高血压病是由于情志失调、饮食不节、年老体弱等导致"肝肾阴虚,肝阳上亢",治疗上依从"滋补肝肾,平抑肝阳"原则,取得了良好的疗效,值得推广学习。Hypotention is a serious cardiac syndrome featured with high blood presure. It may lead to incidents in some serious cases. Prof Chang considers hypotention as a result of emotion control failure, bad diet habit and body weakness. This kind of syndrome may have the root of the lack of Yin of Liver and Kidney ,which may cause Yang of Liver aggresses up to the Brain. So the treatment should accord the Principle of Moisting Liver and Kidney to Controlling Yang of Liver. Prof Chang＇s practicial methods achieve good effects in clinical works, and worth promotion.
