摘　　要：肺肾两虚是是哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)等气道炎症性疾病的临床常见证型,文章从哮喘、COPD的中西医认识、其肺肾两虚证的成因及补肾益气治法的相关研究等入手,梳理和分析了中医肺肾两虚概念的内涵和形成过程、呼吸系统常见病多见肺肾两虚证型的原由以及补肾益气理法方药干预哮喘、COPD等气道常见炎症性疾病作用及部分作用机理,并提出"发时治肺兼顾肾,平时治肾兼顾肺"、"以肾治肺"是哮喘、COPD等呼吸系统常见疾病的新观念。Lung-kidney deficiency is a clinical common symptom of airway inflammatory diseases such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. On the basis of the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and modem medicine about COPD, the cause of lung - kidney deficiency and relative researches of replenishing kidney and strengthening qi, this review describes the context and development of lung - kidney deficiency, the reason why lung - kidney deficiency frequently occurs in pulmonary common diseases and the effect and mechanism of compounds that replenish kidney and strengthen qi in airway inflam- matory diseases such as asthma and COPD. In addition, this review provides overlook of pulmonary common diseases such as the theory that Focus on lung while taking kidney into account at the onset, and focus on kidney while taking lung into account at ordinary times＇and Strengthening lung with the method of replenishing kidney/
