慢性湿疹患者脉象客观化研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性湿疹中医不同证型脉象的变化及其临床意义。方法:选择符合诊断标准的湿疹病人160例,根据中医辨证分为脾虚湿蕴型80例,血虚风燥型80例。另选择健康志愿者80例作为对照组。采用脉象采集系统和临床结合的方法进行脉象的识别分析。结果:湿疹组h1、h3、h4、h5与对照组比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05);湿疹组t1、t4、t5与对照组比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05);湿疹组h3/h1、h4/h1、h5/h1与对照组比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05);脾虚湿蕴型与血虚风燥型的h3/h1、h5/h1、w/t之间均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:湿疹组脉图多项指标与正常人比较有显著性差异,且中医不同证型间差异也有统计学意义,为慢性湿疹的诊断和辨证分型提供了客观依据。Objective ： To explore the changes of pulse in different TCM syndromes of patients with chronic eczema and its significance. Methods ：160 patients with chronic eczema were divided into 2 subgroups according to TCM syndromes, 80 in the group of spleen deficiency with dampness, 80 in the group of blood deficiency and wind - dry. 160 healthy volunteers were taken in the control group. The pulse signal processing systems and the clinical observation were applied to analyze the pulse manifestations. Results：The values of h, ,h3, h4 and h5 of the patients with chronic eczema were significantly different from that in the control group（ P 〈0. 05 ）. The values of tl ,h and t5 of the patients with chronic eczema were significantly different from that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. The values of h3/hI , h4/hI and hJhl of the patients with chronic eczema were significantly different from that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. In the patients with chronic eczema, the values of h3/hI , hs/hI and w/t of blood deficiency and wind - dry were significantly different from that in the spleen deficiency with dampness. Conclusion ： A number of indicators in the patients with chronic eczema are significantly different from that in the control group. The changes of pulses in different TCM syndromes of patients with chronic eczema show a syndrome specificity. They can provide the objective evidence for the diagnosis and syndrome differentiation for patients with chronic eczema.
