探讨中西药物结合配合发声训练治疗儿童声带小结的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察中西药物结合配合发声训练对治疗儿童声带小结的临床效果。方法:选择本院2009—2012年140例声带小结患儿,随机将其分成对照组(西医组)和治疗组(中西医结合组)各70例,对照组给予口服阿莫西林胶囊及激素冲击疗法,治疗组给予巴特日七味丸配合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入及发声训练治疗儿童声带小结,观察患儿的临床治疗效果。结果 :70例声带小结患儿经过1个月、3个月治疗后,治疗组的治愈率和总有效率明显优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:中西药物结合再配合适当的发声训练,可有效治疗儿童声带小结。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and vocal training in the treatment of children with vocal nodules. Methods ： 140 cases of children with vocal nodules in our hospital from 2009 to 2012 were randomly divided into control group （Western medicine treatment group） and treatment group （Chinese and Western medicine combined group） with 70 cases in each group. The control group was given oral amoxicillin and hormone thera- py ,while treatment group was treated with Bateri Qiwei pill with the ambroxol hydrochloride aerosol inhalation and voice training, observing the clinical outcomes. Results ： After 1 month, 3 months treatment, the cure rates and overall efficiency of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group lIP 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion. Chinese and Western medicine combined with appropriate vocal training can be effective for treating children with vocal nodules.
