摘  要:目的:利用丝瓜藤提取物抗炎抗过敏实验研究筛选其治疗鼻炎的有效部位,为临床应用提供理论依据。方法:用丝瓜藤醇提取物对小鼠灌胃给药进行毒性试验;抗炎试验采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀试验和棉球肉芽肿试验,抗过敏试验采用2,4-二硝基氯苯所致迟发型变态反应和组胺致小鼠毛细血管通透性增高试验。结果:小鼠灌服最大耐受量,未出现毒性反应;丝瓜藤各组分均具有抗炎作用;只有氯仿部位和乙酸乙酯部位有抗过敏作用,且氯仿部位抗过敏作用强于乙酸乙酯部位。结论:丝瓜藤醇提取物毒性小,用药安全范围较宽,有一定的抗炎抗过敏作用,其中氯仿和乙酸乙酯部位是治疗鼻炎的有效部位。Objective :To choose the the anti-inflammatory action and anti-allergic action of effective part for treating allergic rhinitis, providing a clinical application theoretical basis. Methods : The toxic of Luffa vine was tested by acute toxicity experiment. The effective part for treating allergic rhinitis by the anti-inflammatory actions were studied through dimethylbenzene and tampon granuloma experiments. The anti-allergic actions were studied through 2,4-Dinitrochlorobenzene experiment and mice nasal mueo- sa capillary permeability increase was induced by histamine. Results : The MTD was large by the test. Every part of Luffa vine could obviously inhibit dimethylbenzene-indueed mouse auricle swelling, but only the part of shloroform and ethyl acetate had anti-aller- gic action, and the part of shloroform was stronger than the part of ethyl acetate, and the part of shloroform and ethyl acetate Was the effective part for treating ethyl acetate. Conclusion:The results indicate that the drug is safe and has obvious allergic rhinitis in Luffa vine, and the effective parts for treatment allergic rhinitis are the part of shloroform and ethyl acetate.
