摘　　要：DX发射机TCU(发射机控制单元)柜是整个发射机的控制核心,因其结构复杂、元件众多,又涉及到软件的问题,所以,一旦出现故障,需要耗费大量的时间去查找处理。为此我们提出了主备TCU柜自动切换的设计理念,并通过解决切换板设计制作、PLC间组网编程等软硬件问题实现了这一解决方案。The DX transmitter（TCU transmitter control unit） is the core of the whole cabinet control transmitter,because of its complex structure,many components,but also relates to the software problem,so,once faults occur,need to spend a lot of time to find treatment.For this purpose we propose the design idea of TCU cabinet automatic switching main and backup,and by solving the switch board design,network programming and hardware PLC implementation of this solution.
