摘　　要：大学生的职业生涯规划是学生成功成才的推动力,是解决就业工作难题的一个关键,高校教育工作者应想尽办法来帮助大学生做好职业生涯规划。文章将团体辅导的方式应用到大学生职业生涯规划辅导中,对大学生职业生涯规划团体辅导方案的设计原则、步骤进行了阐述,并根据实际情况做出了对大学生职业生涯规划团体辅导方案的详细设计。College students career planning is driving force,students’ success for;it is a key to solve the employment problem.College educators should find ways to help students make career planning·This article uses group counseling applied to career planning counseling,Career Planning Guidance Program design principles and the steps are described,and made according to the actual situation on the Career Planning Guidance Program detailed design.
