摘　　要：VSS406+VS205型氧压机运行过程中,止推轴承损坏严重,排除各种可能原因后认为止推间隙接近上限值是导致止推轴承损坏的原因。实施改善措施减小止推间隙后氧压机运行正常。简介氧压机工艺参数、止推轴承结构和工作原理;详细介绍故障原因的查找过程,改善措施的实施和验证。During run of Model VSS406 ＋ VS205 oxygen compressor, the thrust bearing is seriously damaged, and after eliminating possible causes, it is inferred that the said trouble is attributed to the approaching of the thrust gap to the upper limit. After taking corrective measures to decrease the thrust gap, the oxygen compressor runs normally. Here, the technical parameters of oxygen compressor, and the structure and working principle of the thrust bearing are briefed, and the trouble-finding course, and implementation and verification of the corrective measures are detailed.
