摘　　要：文章总结了湖北省农家书屋前期建设的经验,分析了制约湖北省农家书屋可持续发展的主要因素,在此基础上提出了湖北省农家书屋可持续发展的策略,即应当坚持政府投入为主、依托公共图书馆、培养农民阅读兴趣、稳定管理员队伍、做好书屋内容建设。This paper begins by summarizing the experiences in the preliminary stage construction of rural libraries in Hubei Province.It then analyzes the main factors affecting the sustainable development of rural libraries in Hubei Province.In conclusion,it puts forward some important strategies,such as relying on invests from the government,using resources in the public libraries,cultivating reading interests of farmers,stabilizing members of the administrative team and providing sufficient reading resources in boosting the sustainable development of the rural libraries.
