摘  要:陕西茶产业相对于福建、安徽等茶产业优势区域而言,具有明显的潜在优势。要想实现这种优势,陕西必须以市场为导向,以龙头企业为依托,与千家万户小规模、大群体式的茶叶生产基地相结合,形成茶工商有机结合的产业链和利益共同体,化解小生产与大市场相衔接的矛盾,实现增产、增效的创新型茶产业经营模式。The tea industry in Shaanxi,in comparison with that in the provinces such as Fujian and Anhui which now enjoy industrial advantages,enjoys distinct potential advantages.To materialize these advantages,it is necessary for Shaanxi to bring about an industrial chain as well as interest community of tea growing,processing and marketing with dynamic integration guided by the needs on markets,supported by leading enterprises and combined with large groups of small-scale tea producing production bases so as to ease up the contradiction between the massive demands on markets and the small-scale production at present and finally establish an innovative management mode that guarantees the increase of both production and efficiency.
