机械通气患者应用咪达唑仑的临床观察及护理

摘　　要：目的观察咪达唑仑在机械通气患者治疗中的临床情况及护理。方法将212例机械通气患者随机分观察组(106例)和对照组(106例),两组均予相同的基础治疗和护理,观察组加用咪达唑仑,采用微量注射泵3～8 ml/h静脉泵入进行镇静治疗。严密观察患者呼吸循环变化等情况。结果观察组患者Ramsay评分维持在2～4分;与对照组比较,观察组心动过速、呼吸异常、氧饱和度偏低及平均动脉压偏高的发生率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论咪达唑仑是ICU机械通气患者较理想的镇静剂。Objective The study was intended to analyze the effects of Midazolam in clinical observation and nursing of patients aided with mechanical ventilation. Methold 212 patients aided with mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into an experiment group and a control group, each consisting 106 patients. Both groups were provided the same basic treatment and care. The experimentgroup~ were given Midazolam 3～8ml/h by means of micro-injection pump for sedative treatment. Close observation was conducted for changes in respiration and circulation. Results Ramsay score of the experiment group remained at 2～4, Compared with the observation group, lower incidence in tachycardia, abnormal breathing, low oxygen saturation, and high mean arterial pressure were detected in the control group. The difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Midazolam can serve as an effective sedative for ICU patients assisted with mechanical ventilation.
