优质护理在颅脑外伤患者中应用的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析给予颅脑外伤患者优质护理的应用效果。方法选取我科收治的颅脑外伤患者120例进行临床观察，将患者随机分为观察组与对照组。给予对照组患者常规护理，给予观察组患者优质护理；对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理效果优于对照组，另外，观察组患者护理后的焦虑评价及生活能力评价均优于对照组，上述结果差异均存在统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论给予颅脑外伤患者优质护理，能够显著提高患者的临床治疗效果，使患者的焦虑情绪能够得到缓解，并且还能够提高患者生活能力，从而提升患者的生活质量，值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of application of high quality nursing care for patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods 120 patients with craniocerebral trauma were selected for clinical observation. The patients were randomly divided into two groups： a study group and a control group. The control group received conventional nursing care while the study group received high quality care. The nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The nursing effect was better in the study group than in the control group; in addition, the study group was superior to the control group in nursing evaluation and ability of living, with significant statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusions High quality nursing for patients with craniocerebral trauma can significantly improve clinical efficacy, relieve anxiety, and increase ability of living, resulting in elevation in quality of life in patients. It is worth popularizing.
