门急诊处方点评中处方存在问题情况及实例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨处方点评对合理用药的作用。方法随机抽取2011年7月至2012年6月门急诊处方3600张，按照《处方管理办法》、《医院处方点评管理规范》的要求进行点评和分析，通过点评典型处方实例，了解门急诊处方存在的主要问题，比较点评前后处方合格率的变化情况。结果通过处方点评，处方中存在的问题有所改善，医生开具的处方更加规范，合理用药情况有所好转，处方的合格率也有所提高。结论处方点评在促进临床合理用药水平、减少用药错误、降低医疗风险、确保患者用药安全有效等方面具有重大意义。各医疗机构应坚持进行处方点评工作，及时了解并纠正用药过程中存在的问题，为患者提供更加优质的服务。Objective To discuss the influence of prescription comments on rational drug use. Methods By commenting and analyzing the 3600 pieces of outpatient and emergency prescriptions which were extracted randomly between July, 2011 and June, 2012 according to the Management Methods of Prescription and the Management Standard of Hospital Prescription Comments. Through commenting the typical cases of prescription to understand the main existing problems of outpatient and emergency prescription and to find out the difference of prescription qualified rate of the stage before being commented and that after commenting. Results By commenting the prescriptions, the existing problems of prescription had been solved to some extent. The doctors were more normative to make a prescription and guide the drug use. Moreover, the qualified rate of prescription had been increased. Conclusion Prescription commenting plays an important role in improving the rational clinical drug use, avoiding the wrong use of drug, reducing the medical risk and insuring the secure and effective use of drug for patients. Those medical organizations should stick to proceeding the prescription commenting, discover and solve the existing problems in time during the course of drug use, provide higher-class service for patients.
