摘　　要：针对现有兵器试验中时间间隔测量仪测量分辨率低、测量范围窄的不足,提出了一种直接计数法与数字内插法相结合的测量方法,基于此方法研制了一种高分辨率大范围时间间隔测量仪.仪器采用单片机、CPLD可编程逻辑器件、专用时间-数字转化芯片TDC-GP2,运用模块化的设计思想设计了粗-精计时电路模块.实验结果表明:高分辨率大范围时间间隔测量仪的测量范围可以达到1～5×105μs,测量分辨率不大于100ps,测量精度优于1ns.For the low resolution and the short range of measurement of time interval measurement instrument in modern weapon test, a direct counting method combined with digital interpolation is presented. Using MCU, CPLD logic device, TDC-GP2 measurement chip, a precision timing circuit module and a coarse timing circuit module are designed. The instrument has high resolution and large range of time interval. Through the experiments the feasibility of the method is verified. The experimental results show that： The measuring range of the instrument can reach 1 us-500 ms, the measurement resolution is not more than lOOps, measurement accuracy is less than lns. The electronic chronometer performs stably and accurately.
