综合性护理干预对中晚期恶性肿瘤患者便秘的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察综合性护理干预对中晚期恶性肿瘤患者便秘发生率及程度的影响。方法将入选的220例中晚期恶性肿瘤患者随机分成常规护理组和护理干预组各110例,常规护理组按肿瘤科护理常规进行护理,护理干预组除接受肿瘤科常规护理外,还针对肿瘤患者便秘相关因素采取综合性护理干预。结果与常规护理组比较,护理干预组患者的便秘发生率及程度较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论综合性护理干预可有效降低肿瘤患者便秘的发生率并减轻便秘的程度。Objective To observe the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the incidence rate and degree of constipation in the patients with advanced malignant tumor. Methods 220 patients with advanced malignant tumor were randomly divided into conventional nursing group and nursing intervention group, 110 cases in each group. The conventional nursing group was conducted with conventional nursing, while the nursing intervention group was conducted with constipation - related comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing. Results Incidence rate and degree of constipation in the nursing intervention group were lower than the conventional nursing group, and there were significant differences between two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence rate and degree of constipation in the patients with advanced tumor.
