血浆置换治疗溶血尿毒综合征患儿的临床应用与护理

摘　　要：目的总结溶血尿毒综合征患儿采用血浆置换进行治疗的疗效和相关护理措施。方法对5例患儿施行积极的护理措施，包括饮食指导、心理护理、健康宣教以及出院后的定期随访等。结果5例患儿经积极治疗和护理后好转出院，经随访1．5～4年尚无复发。结论采用此治疗方案和护理方法能使溶血尿毒综合征患儿顺利度过危险期，并促进患儿的康复。Objective To summarize the efficacy and related nursing measures of plasma-pheresis in the treatment of children with hemolytic uremic syndrome. Methods 5 children with hemolytic uremic syndrome were conducted with positive nursing measures such as dietary guidance, mental nursing, health education and regular follow- up. Results After positive treatment and nursing, all of 5 children discharged from hospital, and no recurrence of hemolytic uremic syndrome was observed in 5 children within the follow - up of 1.5 to 4 years. Conclusion Application of plasmapheresis therapy and related nursing measures can help children with hemolytic uremic syn- drome to successfully pass the critical stage and promote their rehabilitations.
