改良引流装置在膀胱持续冲洗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱持续冲洗的引流方法和相关护理措施。方法在传统冲洗方法的基础上改良引流装置,并将改良冲洗引流装置应用于行膀胱持续冲洗的80例患者,观察临床效果。结果 80例患者均达到手术后要求的冲洗效果,未发生引流不畅致尿潴留、感染等现象。结论该改良引流装置效果确切、操作简单、实用性强、不增加耗材,具有良好的推广应用价值。Objective To explore the methods of drainage for continuous bladder irrigation and the related nursing measures. Methods Drainage device was improved on the basis of conven- tional irrigation method, and the modified drainage device was applied for 90 patients in need of continuous bladder irrigation. Clinical effect was observed. Results Required surgical effects were achieved in all the patients, and no patient had adverse reactions such as uroschesis induced by inadequate drainage and infection. Conclusion Modified drainage device has the advantages such as stable curative effect, simplicity of operator, strong practicability and maintenance of consumables, so it is worthy of application and popularization.
