农民创业意愿活跃程度及其影响因素研究——基于需求与供给联立方程模型

摘　　要：本文以农民创业意愿为研究对象,以陕西省为典型案例,从创业需求与创业供给视角分析农民创业意愿程度的影响因素,采用需求可识别Biprobit模型计量统计分析方法,测度衡量地区农民创业意愿活跃程度的指数。研究结果表明,样本地区农民创业意愿活跃指数为0.844,创业意愿活跃程度较高;教育水平的提高激发了农民的创业需求;政府创业政策改进与已有创业成功案例示范强化了农民的潜在创业意向;土地产权交易与家庭网络建设加速了农民创业供给决策;自我认知调整与社会资本改善增强了农民创业供给能力;媒体的宣传作用与正规金融机构的资本支持功能在农民创业领域有待进—步加强。Based on a survey in Shaanxi province,this paper is to study and estimate active degree of farmers＇ entrepreneurial intention and its influence factors through the analysis of entrepreneurial demand and supply by using Biprobit model. Result shows that the active index of farmers＇ entrepreneurial intention is 0. 844, which reveals that the farmers＇ entrepreneurial demand is strong;the optimizing education is benefit to stimulate the entrepreneurial demand;the government institution improvement and entrepreneurial successful stories enhanced farmers＇ business intention;the occurrence of land property rights trading and network construction accelerates the decision of venture supply;farmers＇ supply ability is improved by adjusting their self - cognition and enhancement of social capital. The attentions of the media and formal finance institutions are less paid to farmers＇ business.
