摘　　要：经费使用和设备采购是科研人员和管理人员共同关注的业务流程,其开展的顺利与否直接关系到经费使用效率、资金安全及国家相关法律法规的执行效果。通过对相关业务流程的梳理、整合与设计,北京大学实验室与设备管理部在管理信息化领域进行了探索与实践,设计开发了基于网络的"经费使用与设备采购进程管理系统",实现了经费的动态管理、设备采购的流程管理和相关数据的共享,利用信息化手段落实相关规章制度的执行,优化了设备采购业务处理流程,提高了经费的使用效益。Processes of use of funds and equipment procurement have been paid much more attention to by both scientists and administrative staff.Smooth development of the processes can improve efficiency and safety of the use of funds,and performance of execution of relevant laws and regulations.After years of exploring and practicing in the field of management informationization,the ＂use of funds and equipment procuring process management system,＂ based on the network,by rationalizing the processes,is developed.Using this system,the dynamic management of funds,equipment procuring process management,and sharing of the relevant data are realized.Furthermore,informationization can ensure the execution of the relevant laws and regulations to optimize the equipment procurement process,and improve the efficiency of use of funds.
