摘　　要：认为高校文库教育价值主要体现在它是校史教育的基地、学科教育的平台和素质教育的乐园。在网络时代,高校文库要发挥教育价值,文库工作者就要通过构建复合文库、组织开发团队、选择适当切入点等方式,为文库教育价值的实现提供资源保障、智力支持和传播路径。The paper thinks that educational value of university repository mainly embody that it＇s a base of university history education, a platform of subject education and a paradise of literacy education. It proposes that for university repository＇s exerting educational value, repository workers shall provide resource guarantee, intellectual support and propagation paths to realize educational value by means of building composite repository, organizing development team and choosing appropriate point of penetration.
