摘　　要：以纸质问卷和网络问卷两种形式进行问卷调查,分析高校图书馆员阅读的动机和内容,以及阅读对专业发展的作用,提出促进馆员职业阅读的具体措施——在馆员中开展导读活动和组建读书小组。Basing on a questionnaire survey in the forms of paper and network, the paper analyses university librarians＇ reading motivation and reading content, as well as the role of reading for professional development, and puts forward concrete measures including carrying out reading instruction and forming reading groups to promote librarians＇ professional reading.
