摘　　要：改善劳动条件是维护劳动者权益的重要保障。改革开放以来,随着我国市场经济的高速发展,劳动条件改善已经成为影响和谐劳资关系的重要因素。本文在梳理劳动条件理论演变过程和厘清劳动条件概念的基础上,指出我国劳动条件方面存在的现实问题,进而提出一些改善措施。Important guarantee for improving working conditions is the maintenance of workers ＇ rights and interests. Since reform and opening up, with the rapid development of China＇ s market economy, working conditions improvement has become important factors affecting the harmonious employer - employee relationship. This paper on the basis of the concept of carding theory and clarifying the evolution of working conditions in the working conditions, points out that the reality of working conditions in China, and puts forward a number of improvement measures.
