摘 要:改善劳动条件是维护劳动者权益的重要保障。改革开放以来,随着我国市场经济的高速发展,劳动条件改善已经成为影响和谐劳资关系的重要因素。本文在梳理劳动条件理论演变过程和厘清劳动条件概念的基础上,指出我国劳动条件方面存在的现实问题,进而提出一些改善措施。Important guarantee for improving working conditions is the maintenance of workers ' rights and interests. Since reform and opening up, with the rapid development of China' s market economy, working conditions improvement has become important factors affecting the harmonious employer - employee relationship.
