摘　　要：对比和分析笔者参与施工管理的广州、澳门、沙特工程项目的防雷与接地的不同做法,并给出作者的观点。Comparison and analysis are made for different lightning protection and earthing methods employed in the engineering projects in Guangzhou, Macao and Saudi Arabia, with which the author is involved. The author＇s viewpoints are also presented in this article.
