摘 要:多年来国外超硬刀具材料技术以产品系列化、质量优化、晶粒两极化、性能均一化为发展特点,随着现代制造业(特别是汽车制造业)的快速发展,可实现高效率、高稳定性、长寿命加工的超硬刀具的应用日渐普及,超硬刀具材料的生产及应用也逐年快速增长,超硬刀具材料年耗量以8%-10%的速度增长,发达国家超硬材料刀具甚至已占刀具市场的20%以上,而中国超硬刀具的市场份额还不到10%。我国数控机床等高速、高精加工设备的快速增长为国内超硬刀具的市场份额的跳跃式增长提供了条件,本文综述了近年来国内外PCBN的技术现状以及取得的重要进展,对国内研究生产遇到的瓶颈问题进行了剖析,并展望未来重点突破方向。Over the years the development characteristics of foreign superhard cutting tool materials technology is the series of products, the quality optimization, grain polarization, the performance uniform. With the rapid development of modern manufacturing (especially automobile manufacturing), to achieve high efficiency, highstability, long life processing of superhard cutting tool applications are becoming increasingly popular, production and application of super hard tool materials are also rapid growth year after year, the consumption of superhard cutting tool material speeds growth by 8% - 10% , in developed countries superhard materials tool even account for more than 20% of the cutting tool market, while in China superhard tool market share of less than 10%, this is a big difference. China's CNC machine rods such as high speed, high precision processing equipment for the rapid growth of domestic superhard tool market share of bouncing type growth provided conditions, this article summarizes PCBN technology current situation, obtains significant progress, for domestic production bottleneck problems are analyzed, and prospect of the breakthrough direction in the future.
