摘  要:在模拟实验系统条件下,发现随着温度升高,预热时间变短,最短预热时间为29 min;循环价质温度越高有效换热效率越大,50℃,60℃,70℃的循环介质对应的热效率分别是75.7%,84.6%和99.3%;通过计算得到要维持沼气池恒温在35℃±2℃的范围内,每小时需向沼气池提供860 kJ.m-3的热量;夏季沼气池外侧湿度较低时,沼液在10小时内温度能保持在33℃以上;冬季及夏季湿度较高时应考虑添加其他辅助热源以及增设保温层。Under the simulation conditions, the experiment showed that preheating time of solar digester was shorter with the increasing of heating temperature, and the shortest preheating time was 29 min. At the same time, it is showed that the effective thermal efficiency in preheating stage were increased from 75.7%, 84.6% to 99.3% as circulation medium temperature increasing from 50℃, 60℃, to 70℃ respectively. According to the calculation, 860 kJ · m-3 · h-1 heat should be provided for keeping the digester at constant temperature of 35 ±2℃. The biogas slurry could be maintained above 33℃ for 10 hours in the case of a low humidity in summer. The auxiliary heat sources and additional insulation layer added to the system should be considered in the case of winter and high humidity day in summer.
