摘  要:利用沼液曝气地下滴灌对大棚韭菜进行小区试验。结果表明沼液曝气地下滴灌技术明显提高了韭菜产量和品质,沼液浓度为80%和曝气系数为1.0时,产量最高,为3457.55 kg.(667m)-2,比对照增长28.53%;随着沼液浓度的提高,韭菜中Vc含量、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量迅速增加;在同一沼液浓度下,随着曝气系数的增大,Vc含量、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量增加,其中以沼液浓度80%和曝气系数为1.0处理的效果最好,与对照相比,Vc含量提高77.78%、可溶性糖含量提高91.20%、可溶性蛋白质含量提高70.59%。A plot experiment was conducted to study the effects of subsurface drip irrigation with aerated biogas slut on yield and quality of Chinese chives in green house. The results showed that the subsurface drip irrigation with aerated biogas slurry significantly improved yield and quality of Chinese chive. The per acre yield was 3457.55 kg, which was 28.53% higher than the contrast. The content of Vc, soluble sugar, soluble protein were increased as increasing of biogas slurry concentration. And at the same biogas slurry concentration, the content of Vc, soluble sugar, soluble protein were also increased as increasing of aeration coefficient. It had the highest yield when biogas slurry concentration was 80% and aeration coefficient was 1.0, and the content of Vc, soluble sugar, soluble protein increased by 77.78% ,91.20%, 70. 59%, respectively, comparing with the contrast.
