简易微创大汗腺电灼法治疗腋臭116例

摘　　要：目的探讨简易微创电灼法治疗腋臭的临床疗效。方法对116例接受简易微创电灼法手术患者的临床资料和随访情况进行回顾性分析。结果简易微创电灼法手术患者116例,其中单侧12例,双侧104例。单侧病例平均手术时间25.5±4.5min,平均出血量5.5±2.5ml。双侧病例平均手术时间51.5±7.5min,平均出血量11.5±3.5 ml。术后出现皮肤Ⅰ度烫伤8例,发生率6.9%(8/116);出现皮肤Ⅱ度烫伤2例,发生率1.7%(2/116)。术后出现皮下积液2例,发生率1.7%(2/116)。术后切口无感染。术后随访1～6月55例,6～12月38例,12～15月23例,其中106例完全治愈,9例症状明显减轻,1例双侧腋臭患者其中一侧手术效果不满意。术后无明显瘢痕,肩部无活动障碍。结论简易微创大汗腺电灼法治疗腋臭简便易行,疗效确切,可成为治疗腋臭术式的选择之一。Objective To investigate the clinic effects of simplified electrocautery ablation in min- imally invasive treatment of bromhidrosis patient.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinic data and follow-up information was conducted on 116 bromhidrosis patients undergoing simplified minimally invasive electrocautery ablation. Results All 116 bromhidrosis patients included 12 uni- lateral cases and 104 bilateral cases. The mean operation time was 25.5±4.5 min in unilateral ca- ses and 51.5±7.5 ml in bilateral cases. The mean amount of bleeding was 5.5±2.5 ml in unilater- al cases and 11.5±3.5 ml in bilateral cases. I degree of postoperative skin scald occurred in 8 of 116 patients （6.9%） and II degree of postoperative skin scald was detected in 2 patients （1.7%） .Postoperative subcutaneous effusion occurred in 2 patients （1.7%）. No infection of in- cision was detected. Postoperative follow-up of 1 to 6, 6 to 12 and 12 to 15 months were per- formed on 55, 38 and 23 patients respectively. 106 bromhidrosis patients were completely healed. Symptoms of 9 patients were significantly reduced. Operation result in one side of 1 bi- lateral bromhidrosis patient was dissatisfactory. No obvious scar and activity obstacle of shoul- der occurred.Conclusion It is easy and effective to adopt simplified minimally invasive electro- cautery ablation to treat bromhidrosis patient.
