摘 要:推导了波导光栅衍射光谱的解析解;分析了光栅周期、波导厚度等结构参数对衍射光谱的影响:光栅周期每增大/减小1 nm,衍射光谱中的共振峰位增大/减小1 nm,波导厚度每增大/减小1 nm,衍射光谱中的共振峰位增大/减小0.125 nm;设计了相应的实验方案验证了解析解的可靠性,并讨论了波导光栅结构应用于激光腔和高方向性发射器件的可行性.The analytical solution of the diffraction spectra of waveguide grating is deduced. Then the influence of the thickness of the waveguide and the period of the grating on the diffraction spectra is studied by using the analytical solution. It is found that the resonance wavelength moves to the red with increasing the period of the grating (the thickness of the waveguide) , the tuning rate is measured to be about 1 nm (0. 125 nm) spectral shift per 1 nm increasing in grating period (the waveguide thickness). The theoretical analysis is in well agreement with the experimental result. Some potential applications of the waveguide grating in the laser cavity and the highly directional emission device are also discussed.
