摘 要:目的:探讨单独应用四联活菌片、多次间歇蓝光照射联合四联活菌片、持续蓝光照射联合四联活菌片治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效和安全性。方法:选取我院收治的新生儿黄疸240例,随机分为单独应用四联活菌组(A组)、间歇蓝光照射联合四联活菌组(B组)、持续蓝光照射联合四联活菌组(C组);观察各组患儿的总有效率、血清胆红素水平、黄疸消退时间和不良反应情况。结果:A组、B组、C组三组血清胆红素水平与治疗前相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后B组、C组两组的总有效率、黄疸消退时间优于A组患儿,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率B组、C组两组组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蓝光照射联合四联活菌片治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效优于单纯四联活菌片治疗;四联活菌片联合多次间断蓝光照射或持续蓝光照射均能取得显著疗效,但间歇性蓝光照射不良反应发生率明显低于持续蓝光照射,故多次间歇蓝光照射联合四联活菌片治疗新生儿黄疸疗效和安全性评价较好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the efficacy and security of the treatment of neonatal jaundice with separate bifidobacterium tetravac- cine tablets, intermittent blue light irradiation united bifidobacterium tetravaceine tablets and uninterrupted blue light irradiation united bifidobaeterium tetravaeeine tablets. Methods 240 cases of neonatal jaundice patients were treated in Xinhui Hospital Affiliated to South- ern Medical University, and randomly divided them into conventional treatment group (group A ) , intermittent blue light irradiation united bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets group( group B) ,uninterrupted blue light irradiation united bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets( group C). Then observed and recorded each group of neonates with the overall response rate, the level of serum bilirubin, jaundice time and ad- verse reactions. Results Serum bilirubin levels of three groups were statistically significant different compared with those before treatment ( P 〈 0.05). The group B and group C after treatment is better than group A in the overall response rate and jaundice time, and the differ- ence was statistically significant( P 〈0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions between group B and group C was statistically significant difference(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Blue light irradiation combined bifidobacterium tetravaecine tablets was effective than simply used bifidobaeterium tetravaccine tablets in the treatment of neonatal jaundice;the treatment of bifidobacterium tetravaecine tablets combined with multiple intermittent blue light irradiation or continuous blue light irradiation all achieved significant effects. However, the incidence of ad- verse reactions of intermittent blue light irradiation was significantly lower than the uninterrupted blue light irradiation. Therefore the treat- ment of neonatal jaundice with several times of intermittent blue light irradiation jointed bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets has better effi- cacy and safety ,and it is worthy of applying in clinic
