摘　　要：随着M2M业务发展扩张,网络在H2H业务原本的矛盾上又增加了一系列新问题,研究怎样在解决新问题的同时满足M2M业务需求是一个迫切的工作。文章在对M2M业务充分分析的基础上,重点讨论M2M和H2H业务的共存策略,并针对共存策略中的过载技术进行详细论述,最后对M2M业务的市场发展进行了初步分析,并为移动运营商在M2M领域的发展提出建议。With the development of M2M service, series of new problems arise besides the original contradiction of H2Hservice. It is an exigent work to research the solutions of new problems and meet the requirements of M2M services. This paper focuses on the research of coexistence strategies for M2M and H2Hservices, and presents the correlative technologies such as network overload in detail. Finally, a brief analysis of M2M market and development suggestion are given for mobile operators.
