全程护理在前列腺癌调强放疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨前列腺癌调强放疗(IMRT)的护理措施。方法对4例前列腺癌调强放疗患者在放疗前、放疗中、放疗后采取有效护理措施及质量控制。结果 4例前列腺癌患者未发生严重放疗并发症,均顺利完成放疗。结论放疗全过程中采取有效的护理干预措施,增加了治疗的依从性,减少了并发症的发生,提高了患者的生存质量。Objective To explore the nursing measures for prostatic cancer patients treated with intensity modulation radiated therapy（IMRT）.Methods Effective nursing measures and quality control were implemented for 4 prostatic cancer patients with IMRT before and during and after radiotherapy.Results No patient had severe radiotherapy-induced complications,and all the patients finished radiotherapy successfully.Conclusion Implementation of effective nursing intervention measures in the whole range of radiotherapy can improve compliance of treatment,reduce the complications and improve quality of life of patients.
