摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病合并糖尿病的临床特点和护理要点。方法通过对66例冠心病合并糖尿病患者的回顾性分析,总结相应的护理对策。结果冠心病合并糖尿病患者胸痛症状不典型,可引起各种心律失常,血糖较难控制,易引起多系统损害。结论冠心病合并糖尿病严重影响患者的生活质量,做好相应的护理可延缓病情的发展,延长并发症产生的时间。Objective To explore the clinical features and the nursing points of the coronary heart disease（CHD） patients with diabetes mellitus（DM）.Methods Materials of 66 CHD patients with DM were analyzed retrospectively and the corresponding nursing countermeasures were summarized.Results Symptom of chest pain in the CHD patients with DM was atypical,which might cause various arrhythmia cordis and impairment of various systems.Level of blood glucose was more difficult to control.Conclusion CHD combined with DM can seriously affect the patients’quality of life,good nursing can delay the development of the disease and postpone the occurrence of complications.
