引导式教育训练在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨引导式教育训练在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的影响。方法将腰椎间盘突出症患者分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用常规治疗,研究组常规治疗的同时进行引导式教育训练。结果通过引导式教育训练进行护理干预的患者可有效缩短平均住院日,减少平均住院费,提高患者满意率,加快病情缓解。结论引导式教育训练在腰椎间盘突出症的治疗中可提高疗效、促进康复。Objective To explore the effect of conductive education training on the treatment of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods Patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were divided into the control group and the research group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy while the research group was treated with both the conventional therapy and conductive education training.Results The patients with conductive education training had shorter mean duration of hospitalization,less mean cost of hospitalization,higher level of rate of satisfaction and faster remission of disease.Conclusion For the treatment of prolapse of lumber intervertebral disc,the conductive education training can improve the therapeutic effect and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
